At wjmlrhy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Return Policy carefully before submitting a return request.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
With all original tags attached
In the original packaging where possible

Items that are damaged, soiled, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale or discounted items
Items marked as final sale
Items without original tags or packaging

3. How to Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at wjmlrhy@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return
Wait for our team to confirm your return request (within 1-2 business days)
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide
Share the tracking number with us once dispatched

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us at wjmlrhy@outlook.com to arrange an exchange. Exchange items must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at wjmlrhy@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
